The City of Balch Springs and HHW Solutions have partnered to provide our residents with a front porch collection program to discard of Household Hazardous Wastes and electronics.

Please have your items out or the front porch by 8am on your scheduled collection day. Always follow the placement guidelines for safe and efficient pickup.
